On 26 June 2025, the Ministry of Financial Services and Economic Planning hosted the 2025 Workshop on Gender Mainstreaming in the Financial Services Sector at the FSC House Auditorium.

The focus of the event was the Women in Investment and Finance Charter, launched by the Association of Women in Investment and Finance. Stakeholders were invited to commit to the Charter, which promotes internal gender targets and accountability at the leadership level.

Several companies reaffirmed their commitment, while others pledged to join.
